Shipping and Handling
*Before placing an order, please make sure there is adequate floor space for product placement. (packing size).
*It will be further crated and loaded into a container when transported by sea.
 Shipping fee is not included in the product cost. Please refer to the shipping fee info. (approximate fee).
*Size of shipping container is as follows: Length 3600mm, Width 1600mm, Height: 1700mm.
 The delivery location must have a clear entry and a clear passage for the shipping container to be handled upon delivery.
*Delivery cannot be made if there is no clear entry and passage for the shipping container to be handled upon delivery.
 Delivery cannot be made if there is not enough floor space for the product to be placed.
*Shipping overseas may incur additional costs such as local taxes.

*All products are hand made and therefore unique. Details such as surface tone and size may slightly vary between each product.
*The actual product may appear slightly different from the images on this web site.
*This is a made-to-order product. Therefore we do not accept cancellations or returns after an order has been placed.
*Fees apply for product repairs after delivery. Please contact us for repair inquiries.
